LIEFERUNG / VERSANDKOSTEN

Der Versand der bestellten Ware wird vom Verkäufer per DHL Standard vorgenommen.
Die Lieferung der Ware erfolgt an die vom Käufer angegebene Lieferadresse.
Nach Auftragsbestätigung erfolgt die Lieferung:
an Lieferadressaten in Deutschland innerhalb von 2 – 5 Tagen,
an Lieferadressaten in EU-Staaten innerhalb von 2 – 7 Tagen,
an Lieferadressen in Schweiz und Norwegen von 4 – 10 Tagen,
an alle übrigen Lieferadressaten innerhalb von 6 – 15 Tagen.
Die angegebenen Lieferzeiten stellen lediglich vom Lieferanten (DHL) zur Verfügung gestellte ungefähre Richtwerte und keine verbindlichen Liefertermine dar.
Erreicht die Bestellung nicht den angegebenen versandkostenfreien Wert, hat der Käufer zusätzlich folgende Versandkosten zu tragen:
für Lieferungen in Deutschland 5,00 €,
für Lieferungen in EU 15,00 €,
für Lieferungen in Schweiz und Norwegen 20,00 €
für Lieferungen in Rest auf der Welt 45,00 €
Bei Lieferungen außerhalb von Deutschland können bei Einfuhr in ein Drittland weitere Kosten entstehen (Zölle, evtl. Zollgebühren, Einfuhrumsatzsteuern). Diese sonstigen Kosten – deren konkrete Höhe der Käufer beim zuständigen Zollamt erfragen kann – trägt der Käufer.
Die vom Käufer bestellte Ware wird vom Verkäufer bis zu einem Betrag in Höhe von 500,- € versichert.
Eine über den Betrag von 500,- € hinausgehende Versicherung der bestellten Ware durch den Verkäufer oder ein Versand mit einem anderen Lieferanten (als DHL) oder eine andere Versandart erfolgt nur nach individueller Vereinbarung mit dem Verkäufer in Textform.

Delivery / Shipping costs
Shipping of the ordered goods is performed by the vendor via DHL Paket and DHL Express.
The delivery of the goods will take place to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
After order confirmation the delivery takes place:
to addresses in Germany within 2 -5 days,
to addresses in other European Union within 2 – 7 days,
to adresses in Switzerland and Norway within 4-10 days
to all addresses on the Rest of the World within 6 – 15 days.
The delivery timeframes are merely indicative guidelines provided by the deliverer (DHL) and do not constitute binding delivery dates.
If the order does not reach the total value necessary for free shipment, the buyer has to pay the following additional shipping costs:
for deliveries to Germany 5,00 €,
for deliveries to other European states 15,00 €,
for deliveries to Switzerland or Norway 20,00 €,
for deliveries to the Rest of the World 45,00 €.
For deliveries to countries other than Germany, further import costs may apply when a third country is involved (customs duties, import taxes and import turnover tax). These additional costs – which the buyer can enquire at the responsible customs office – shall be borne by the buyer.
The goods ordered by the buyer are insured up to a value of 500 € by the vendor.
An insurance of the ordered goods exceeding the amount of 500 € by the vendor or shipment with another deliverer (other than DHL) or another means of shipment will only be possible after an individual agreement in writing with the vendor.
